I attempted to use the pool Saturday morning at 7:00 am for my regular exercise of swimming laps. LAST NIGHT THE HOTEL CLERK SAID POINT BLANK THERE SHOULD BE MORE COMPENSATION THEN THE NOTHING WE RECIEVED, they need to have housekeeping clean glass on night stands tables etc it was filthy under glassġ. NOT ONE PERSON KNOWS WHAT THE OTHER IS DOING. Platinum rewards card, we were told by front desk 1 st time that there was no manager on duty,and go to rewards center as there would not be a manager on before we leave, another fiasco,Gothome today to east coast to have a message wanting to confirm our. ![]() We spend a lot of money in the casino,they gave us a. ![]() A cheap resort.They then overcharged us for the room for last day (they refunded us)last night they deactivated our room keys back to desk again, they said it was there fault. The Redrock is a nice facility ,But the worst customer service, housekeeping,Front Desk Help,The housekeeping dept on Day1 knocked on door 3 times in 30 minutes when we told them we were leaving in 1 hour, Day 2 Housekeeping walked right in ( hubby on the couch) I was stark naked out of shower, Front desk again says sorry, Day 3 No housekeeping showed up at all.
